the staff greeted with such warmth. the breakfast provided many egg dishes cooked to order, a very delicate selection of fruit, juice, and rich coffee. the room felt private, very quiet from any disturbances. it felt close to the arc de triomphe.
the safe never seemed to work, made me anxious about storing valuables. i had to ask for assistance multiple times, which took time from my day. it was a small issue, but it affected my peace of mind. i hope they address this soon.

I really enjoyed the hotel's location near the arc de triomphe. It was a short, pleasant walk. the room was clean and quiet, thanks to daily housekeeping. i also appreciated the proximity to many restaurants and transport links. the staff was helpful, and i found the experience quite special.
the metro system nearby was a bit confusing.

the room included a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. there was also a nespresso machine for coffee. l'occitane toiletries added a touch of luxury, and the room felt tidy and professional, so it was worth its price.

The staff was very warm and helpful. They are willing to collaborate. the receptionist was friendly too. one staff member spoke korean. This helped some guests, and madurx, the manager, was amazing as well.
