The location is quite convenient. It allows for easy access to numerous points of interest. Julie and Mimi were particularly helpful. Our family really felt their hospitality. The hotel is newly renovated, showing very nice room design and excellent breakfast.. I found this to be a great value.
The room was a little smaller than I expected. I found the elevator to be also rather small, though this is expected.

The staff members were very nice and efficient (especially Anne and Mimi). The room was modern and clean. I found the bed particularly comfortable after long days exploring.
I noticed that the soundproofing could be slightly improved.

i booked two superior rooms for my family. we arrived and received two rooms with a shared access. this was a pleasant surprise! the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. they were also courteous.
the stairs may not be convenient for everyone. i found it a bit challenging with luggage. this is something to consider for future improvements.
