charming stay near moulin rouge
great locationlovely decorhelpful staff
i found the location very nice, very close to the moulin rouge and within easy walking distance of a metro station. the decor in my room was quite lovely, and i really appreciated having access to good coffee in the reception area any time, day or night. the staff proved consistently helpful and attentive to any request i had. i would return here anytime.
the breakfast room felt a little cramped during peak hours and required a short wait for seating.

coffee was available in the lobby 24 hours a day. the rooms also had hotpots so you could make your own. the lobby provided an inviting area with nice decor and a variety of seating, including a library area to browse.

the breakfast included a diverse range of options, with croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cheese and cold meats. hot options such as scrambled eggs and sausages were also available. a selection of juices, tea, and coffee. the food was AMAZING!!!

wagno, a young woman working the morning shift, provided really good service by expediting my check-in process upon my early arrival. she even brought out a tray of delicious pastries for the guests to enjoy with their coffee. the staff offered prompt responses to requests, and all interactions were handled with grace.

I found the staff was genuinely helpful. They assisted me with directions and recommendations. The hotel location allows easy access to many local attractions. The breakfast included several choices. It provided a satisfying start to the day.
The elevator was occasionally slow, I experienced minor delays.

the location was indeed great for getting around.
the room smelled strongly of smoke, this was quite off-putting. despite complaints, no other rooms were available, this meant i had to endure the smell. the breakfast was also a letdown, with limited options and a chaotic dining area. there were dirty tables and a very poor selection of food, i ended up eating elsewhere.
