The staff was helpful and friendly. they assisted with directions. i appreciated the complimentary 24-hour coffee and water machine in the lobby. It was convenient for having a drink. the room also had a kettle, tea, and coffee.
the shower lacked consistent water pressure. adjusting the temperature was difficult. it detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent stay.

The location was excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful, a detail I EXPECTED.
My room did NOT resemble the photos online. It felt old (the room was dark!) unlike the bright, modern images used for advertising. The bathroom heater was also non-functional. This.

I found the location very convenient with easy access to main attractions. The room I was assigned was very clean. The coffee machine available in the lobby was a nice perk and offered refreshments at any time.
The shower space was a bit small. This made movement during showering difficult.
