Very nice Balcony View! I'm in love!

I booked the Triple Room Balcony Eiger View at the last minute. It totally exceeded my expectations! The beds felt VERY comfortable, and the staff acted friendly. Breakfast included lots of options. It was really nice. I loved sitting on the amazing balcony. The view looked right over the mountains!
The hotel didn't tell us that we can use the bus for free. It would be great to know this upon check-in! My room felt dark. It needs brighter lighting. I wasn't able to boil my own water in the room.

This hotel is situated near the train and bus station. The valley side location provides very nice views, free from road noise.

The hotel provides a kettle and mug station in the communal reception. I found many outlets in the room, super convenient. They provide water and a water heater upon entry of the building. It's useful if you wish to make your own hot drink.

The continental breakfast tasted generous with all kinds of options available. The breakfast is great, and there is rice. The resto feels new, and the food looked appetizingly arranged.

adequate stay, some issues noticed
no kettlelate check-in
The room lacked a kettle. I expect to make tea when i want. staff refused to heat my food, claiming they don't have a microwave available . check-in at 4 pm felt excessively late for the price paid per night. i believe these are basic amenities that should be standard.
