i found the location convenient near the train station. the view of the eiger from my room was a highlight. the building had beautiful furnishings. the provided breakfast offered good variety.
the walk uphill with luggage was a little challenging upon arrival but after that all was fine

the view from my 'superior twin room mountain view' was definitely a highlight. i enjoyed having flower petals on my fried eggs at breakfast. the staff coordinated a bottle of champagne to my room. it was a nice surprise.
hot water was not always reliable, an issue. the walk from the station can be steep, especially with luggage, but i managed it. i noticed there was no refrigerator in the room.
