Really good Stay!
friendly staff comfortable bed
the location IS fabulous near the seafront and shops. staff were friendly and efficient. the room had tea and coffee facilities with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the sea view. Everything contributed to a REALLY nice experience.
the air conditioning did NOT work and the window didn't open during a hot weekend. I reported it to reception, they offered a fan for the room. this fan never arrived at the room.

the standard double included tea and coffee making facilities. the bed felt VERY comfortable and offered good support. ample pillows and towels were provided in the room. a mini-fridge was also available for storing drinks.

the hotel features a gym with several cardio machines. there IS a pool that guests can access. the main atrium has many sofas and tables. this setup creates a relaxed atmosphere for socializing.

stained mattress topper missed room cleaning
I was really disappointed with a few things. the mattress topper under the sheet was stained, brown and yellow. It. they did remove it, but the one they replaced it with also had stains, though not as bad. also, our room wasn't cleaned one day, even though we had the 'please clean my room' sign on the door all morning.

sea view tea bags unprofessional staff dirty room
The room included a coffee machine and tea bags, convenient. the location was great, right on the seafront. I did appreciate the added bonus of a side sea view from my room.
the staff was not very professional. the room wasn't cleaned one day, frustrating since i had placed the 'please clean my room' hanger on the door for hours.
