The hotel has a location near Gatwick's South Terminal, I did like that fact.
The room air conditioning did not work well, so the temperature was too warm. I did call engineers, but they didn't fix it. Sleep was difficult in that room.

The room was quite spacious, a welcome feature after a long flight.
The check-in process was slow, and I had to wait for over 20 minutes despite being a rewards member. the room service menu was limited and overpriced. I expected more variety for the cost.

i found the room clean. a comfortable bed was there. the gym had treadmills and weights, facilities i like.
i wish i could have used luggage scales before heading to the airport. the staff at the reception was not helpful for finding the ATM.
