Just Fine I Guess
The hotel has a location near Gatwick's South Terminal, I did like that fact.
The room air conditioning did not work well, so the temperature was too warm. I did call engineers, but they didn't fix it. Sleep was difficult in that room.

The room was quite spacious, a welcome feature after a long flight.
The check-in process was slow, and I had to wait for over 20 minutes despite being a rewards member. the room service menu was limited and overpriced. I expected more variety for the cost.

charmed by the airport stay
clean room comfortable bed gym facilities
i found the room clean. a comfortable bed was there. the gym had treadmills and weights, facilities i like.
i wish i could have used luggage scales before heading to the airport. the staff at the reception was not helpful for finding the ATM.

convenient location clean room attentive staff efficient checkout
The hotel's proximity to the terminal made my early morning flight stress-free. I found the room very clean and it contained all necessary amenities. Staff in the executive lounge were attentive. They ensured I had enough food and drink during happy hour. Check-out was efficient with a helpful team member.
