central location great recommendation relaxation room oxygen room
The hotel location is very central. the service felt attentive and warm. Virgilio provided recommendations i found great. i loved the relaxation room in the spa area. i think the oxygen enriched rooms helped so much with altitude adjusting.
i found when i arrived that the room blocked for me was not as accessible. they told me the accessible room books on "an availability basis". it took three hours to fix this problem.

the hotel offered coca tea bags available for free at the lobby. central air conditioned air supplied oxygen. there were water dispensers on the hallways. hot water pressure felt sufficient.

original wall comfortable bed
check-in was fast and professional bags were delivered quickly to my room the room featured an original inca wall with glimpses of sky above the bed was comfortable. the hotel provided an oxygen meter in the room a system pumped more oxygen to help with altitude issues the breakfast spread was amazing it included fresh ingredients and excellent choices.
i noticed very little signage throughout the building for the pool lobby or dining area it required some wandering at first.

The hotel is beautiful and historic. The staff was super friendly and helpful . Air conditioning worked great. I found breakfast options to be great with varied choices.
The hotel include a destination fee. I wasn't informed. The fee surprised me when I saw the bill at the end.
