I found the staff very accommodating and they stored our luggage securely. My family room offered sufficient space for everyone. It was convenient with the san pedro market a short walk away.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallways and atrium, particularly when doors closed, which occasionally disrupted my rest.

I enjoyed the really good service throughout my visit. The staff's attentiveness and readiness to assist with any request were excellent. the cleanliness of all areas, including my room, the lobby, and guest areas, was consistently maintained. the hotel's decor, particularly in the lobby and restaurant, offered a visually appealing experience. i also found the availability of free filtered water to be a very nice and helpful amenity.
The street outside was busy, and some traffic noise reached my room. It was only noticeable during peak hours, though
