fine views easy access ample space
I ABSOLUTELY adored the views from this hotel. I could see EVERYTHING. i walked easily to the castle. It was very convenient. the two pools provide ample space for everyone. They have so many sun loungers available.
the music volume during dinner made conversation hard. this was not what i anticipated.

loud music inconsistent service
the hotel architecture seemed excellent.
Loud music played during dinner. It disrupted the peaceful atmosphere i expected. service felt inconsistent, with some staff appearing disengaged. a cable sat loose in the bathroom. This indicated a lack of attention to detail.

the room was large and nicely decorated the bed was comfortable
i expected a welcome feeling for the price i paid that did not happen i had a bad feeling both at reception and at checkout the hotel seemed understaffed during peak hours resulting in slow service and long wait times the staff did not seem empowered to resolve issues or offer any meaningful assistance when i raised concerns

Our family suite balcony was spacious. It had comfortable beds, and effective air conditioning. The restaurant offered a varied menu. I especially appreciated the staff's helpfulness with local information. They assisted us in planning our day trips.
