the staff was helpful , they answered my questions quickly.
I found the air conditioning inadequate . The room remained too warm for my comfort. the lack of temperature control impacted my ability to rest. additionally, i observed that the bathroom lacked sufficient towel racks. there was limited space to hang towels after showering, inconvenient.
