adequate but with noticeable shortcomings
unwelcoming attitude contradictory claim
the location was convenient enough for visiting nearby attractions.
the owner's attitude felt unwelcoming from the start the check-in process felt more like an interrogation. there were excessive rules posted everywhere creating a tense atmosphere. the claim of recycling efforts seemed contradictory given the individually wrapped coffee and tea supplies with no recycling bin provided.

the room was spacious enough and the bed was comfy i had easy off street parking restaurants and local shops were only a short drive away i appreciate that.

An Acceptable Stay
helpful tips traditional house food restriction dusty carpet
The host greeted me and gave helpful tips about local attractions. She gave us directions for routes to take and places to see. The location was great. The house had a fine setting in a traditional style.
The house rules say no outside food is allowed in the room. This restriction seemed odd since there are not many restaurants nearby. The carpet in the bathroom did collect dust around the edges. I did not appreciate that.

comfortable bed quiet atmosphere great location
the room was spacious with adequate storage i found the bed very comfortable. the location was great for exploring the surrounding area i appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. the hotel is near the loch ness which has great shops and restaurants
the check-in time felt a little late at 4:00 p.m. though i understand the need for cleaning.

the hotel's proximity to local attractions made sightseeing easy it was great to be within walking distance of shops. transport links were easily accessible allowing for day trips to nearby areas public transport was convenient.

poor punctuation unwelcoming experience
The location is convenient as it allows for easy walks into town.
The landlady showed a lack of hospitality. I felt as though I had inconvenienced her by arriving. The whole experience was uncomfortable, and I will not return. The WhatsApp message was poorly punctuated and full of demands. It felt unwelcoming.
