Mediocre Stay with Billing Issues
incorrect chargepoor customer service
I was charged for valet parking. I did not use it! I contacted the hotel about the incorrect charge. They insisted the charge was correct. I provided proof I used a car service. The hotel never responded. This. I would be hesitant to recommend it because of the poor customer service.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location provided easy access to bars and food. The rooms were good for the price. The bed was comfortable.

The location was excellent near a metro station making travel simple. Staff were helpful and friendly providing useful recommendations. My room was clean and the gym offered the equipment I needed for my workouts.
The room thermostat control was limited, a minor inconvenience.
