convenient locationdoor damagecold staff
The location was convenient and I used public transport easily the stay overall was acceptable.
The door in the bathroom was falling off its rails I noticed a general need for some repairs the hotel staff looked cold the front desk provided basic information only when asked I would not return.

immaculate roomamazing viewconvenient location
the room was immaculate. floor-to-ceiling windows provided amazing views. the kitchenette was a nice addition. the location allows easy access to many attractions.
i noticed only a few small imperfections in the bathroom layout.

The location was central. The bed in my Beautiful King Room City View was quite comfortable. The staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests.
The room showed some wear with scuffed walls. The coffee pot was broken. I could hear late-night noise from a nearby event.
