The breakfast selection met my expectations.
The room lock proved temperamental. It needed several attempts before securing properly. The noise level from the pub intruded into the room. I expected more soundproofing for the price paid.

The breakfast was tasty, I suppose.
I ordered room service and it came pretty late. The food wasn't warm and tasted like it sat for a while. I've had better service elsewhere. This was disappointing to be honest.

difficult temperaturelack of biscuits
The heating system in my room was tricky to manage. it was hard to keep a comfortable temperature. I was either too hot or too cold. i also wished there had been a kettle instead of just a coffee machine. for what i paid, i expected at least a few biscuits to have with my tea, but there were none.

the location near park and ride car parks made access into norwich easy. ample onsite parking, both in the general car park and near the apartment, was really helpful. the staff were very pleasant at both check-in and check-out. the apartment was spacious, and i found it very comfy!!!
i found that the room was a little noisy from the sounds coming from the pub.

I spent several nights here. The staff were attentive and kind. I found the food delicious, with good portions. Desserts stood out with flavour and creative presentation. The ingredients are sourced locally, a nice touch.
The coffee machine in my room wasn't my preference. I would have liked a kettle instead. A few biscuits would also be a nice addition. The heating system was also tricky to adjust, and hard to find a comfortable temperature.

The staff were very friendly and professional . rooms were very clean. the service was excellent, and the food was very good, particularly at breakfast. i stayed in the langtry room. It had a nice view. the walk-in breakfast from 8 to 10 was worth every penny!!!
