The breakfast includes sparkling wine which I found good. The staff were helpful. My room size was really great and extra points for the coffee machine and water bottles. The hotel pub was nice too.

The room had air conditioning. This was very helpful, because the windows were single glazed. The bed was very comfy. The buffet breakfast was good for a quick bite, though some pastries were a little tough!!!
The main lights were very dim in the room. The lamps did not work. The location is central, but I was disappointed by the cost.

lovely feature room

friendly staffdelicious mealample choicecoffee availability
i found the staff very friendly. i had an amazing meal in the mbb brassiere, the surf and turf special was cooked perfectly. breakfast offered lots of choices, another delicious meal. the hotel itself is beautiful and well decorated.
the bar didn't stock alcohol-free beer or gin (though the restaurant did). there were no instant coffee sachets in the bedroom, only tea bags. there was a coffee machine in the room, but only one espresso pod.
Dining
9/10
the hotel has an amazing meal option in the mbb brasserie with a surf and turf special cooked to perfection. the breakfast provides lots of tasty choices to start your day. the brasserie has a lovely ambience.
Service
8/10
the staff provided a warm welcome was nice, however, the bar service could improve as it lacks variety, this includes alcohol-free options for those who prefer them. the staff seemed genuinely interested in ensuring the comfort of the guests.
Location
9/10
the hotel's location allows easy access to the sites, including local shops and eateries, so it is easy to explore the area. the surrounding area is pedestrian friendly and makes it easy to get around.

charming stay!

clean roomgreat stafffine appearancenoisy air conditioning
I found the room to be comfortable and very clean, a nice surprise. the staff was great, especially at reception. I felt very welcomed. the bar and restaurant had a fine appearance. It was a pleasure to spend time there.
the air conditioning seemed quite old, maybe from the 1920s, and it made some noise. i did not think the room was warm, even with the setting at 31 degrees. it could use an update.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured generous amenities and nice touches, which i found quite appealing. beds were very comfortable, and i slept soundly. everything seemed super clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job.
Facilities
10/10
Breakfast offered a great selection of options, and everything tasted delicious. the hotel features a beautiful bar, and i had a great time there. there is a remodeled rooftop bar and dining area. The atmosphere felt lovely.
Location

the location proved to be perfect for exploring the town and the surrounding areas, indeed. it is right in the middle of town, so accessibility is quite good. i found that there were many cafes, pubs, and shops nearby!
