the room included a television with cable channels. the staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and local recommendations. the location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and public transport.
The room lacked proper soundproofing, so i heard street noise. the breakfast options were limited, and the dining area was quite crowded. parking was difficult. I found it hard to secure a spot close to the entrance.

drab decorpoorly fitted door
I found some issues. The decor in my room was quite drab. There was not even a single picture on the wall, this looked quite bare. The en-suite bathroom had a poorly fitted sliding door. This needs refurbishment.

i work as a carer and chose this location. the staff were helpful (especially janet at check-in!). the evening entertainment offered a good atmosphere with happy people.
my wife has mobility issues. a ramp at the main entrance would improve disabled access.

excessively warm roomloud footsteps
I found a couple of issues . The room was excessively warm, even though the weather outside was quite cool.. This made sleeping difficult. the noise from the room above was quite loud. It sounded like heavy footsteps all the time.
