i stayed in a beautiful hotel for a few nights. the rooms was very clean. the breakfast was delicious and had many options. i especially enjoyed the asian street food, it had the best sushi i have ever eat.
the walls felt thin. i could hear noises from other rooms it was difficult to sleep. the sunbeds by the pools was always taken if i didn't wake up early. it was hard getting a spot even on holiday.

the breakfast buffet had many choices. omelettes were cooked to order and tasted good. the 50-metre pool was suitable for exercise before breakfast. the chambermaids kept the spacious bedrooms clean.
i found the soundproofing poor. i could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. this made getting a good night's sleep difficult. the reception staff also lacked knowledge. they could not explain where the shower rooms were before my flight.

poor soundproofingdirty shower
the sound insulation in the rooms was not sufficient i could hear noise from the hallway and bar i found the bed next to the door amplified the noise additionally the communal shower in casa cook was dirty and cramped with limited space to change i requested a room to shower but this was not provided i think better soundproofing and more attention to cleanliness are needed.

i had four nights there with my friend. we felt so welcome as soon as we arrived. the place it's beautiful and very clean. breakfast and dinner was so good every morning and night with the half board package. stavroula dekouloakou, stefanos and mario cared for us every day.
i booked this trip eleven months early. i was surprised when i checked in and found two single beds pushed together in a twin room. it bothered me because i expected a double duvet but i saw two single duvets instead.

staff greets you with a cold towel upon arrival and are helpful with requests. emmanuel from guest relations is friendly and professional. the pool staff are super friendly. staff checks frequently whether sunbeds are used.

wide selectionclean towels
i stayed for a few nights. the breakfast had a wide selection. the rooms included air conditioning and were cleaned daily (they also changed the towels). i also appreciated clean towels for sunbathing and swimming daily near the pool.
i noticed the closest shop was a short walk away.
