I found the staff very great! they would go out of their way to help you. the rooms were excellent. Spacious and very clean. every room has a spacious balcony
The free wifi didn't work at all. the hotel couldn't provide ad hoc taxi service.

expensive parking unfriendly staff
The paid parking cost 24€. there was also a parking ban within a kilometer of the hotel. I had to walk a long way to avoid the fee. the staff member i encountered upon arrival was not particularly friendly. the room was quite cold, and there was no way to adjust the temperature as only cooling was available.

adequate but underwhelming
missing a c cobwebs in corners
i found the lack of air conditioning in the room to be quite bothersome. it made for an uncomfortably warm night even with the window open. i also noticed a few cobwebs in the corners of the room, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning. these issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.
