The staff was very knowledgeable. Diego was courteous and helpful. Samuel gave detailed explanations of hiking options available both at the facility and in the park. The front desk personnel provided excellent assistance..
The hotel restaurant menu had better options but the food quality proved inconsistent. The risotto dish was overcooked and tasteless. It was ultimately inedible for me.
