rough linens room noise
i did not like the condition of the room. the linens felt rough, a discomfort i really didnt expected. also, the noise carried easily, so i heard every step of the other guests and the ringing phones. this disturbed the rest. it's a shame because i anticipated a more relaxing atmosphere after long days hiking.

wonderful stay with a very minor hiccup
mountain view excellent food helpful staff relaxing sauna
The view from my room was amazing. I could see the mountains clearly. the food was excellent, especially the traditional patagonian lamb barbecue, it was AMAZING!!! the staff helped greatly with organizing activities, and they offered very good advice. the indoor pool and sauna were good after a long day.
the bed linens were slightly rough, and i found them a little scratchy. it was a very minor thing though, and did not detract much from my experience.

The food was amazing!!! breakfast was plentiful with many fresh options and delicious choices. I especially loved the patagonian lamb barbecue. for lunch and dinner, the restaurant had numerous wonderful dishes available.

The location is really good with awesome views. It is about one mile from the park entrance. the hotel settings are luxurious. The mountain views are excellent. It.

The staff members are accommodating and friendly. They supported me in every way. they helped me organize my daily activities and hikes. They gave advice on where to go. This was very useful.

Excellent Hotel Stay
tasty breakfast dinner options park viewpoints
The breakfast was very complete and tasty. Dinner options include picaña and lamb stew and they was excellent. I did an excursion to the base of the towers. Exploring the park by car a must because there is plenty of beautiful viewpoints.
The room had a very old bathroom with a horrible shower.

The location is convenient. It is only a short distance from the park entrance. The food was consistently high quality. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary lamb tasting offered .
The road leading to the hotel is in poor condition. It made arrival slightly challenging.

Breakfast offered many choices. Lunch and dinner options were excellent. The hotel provided packed lunches for hiking, and the bar food met my needs after a long day outdoors.

The hotel is very close to the park entrance. This provides easy access to trails. Views of the surrounding mountains from the hotel were superb. They enhanced the overall experience.

The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, promptly addressing all requests. The in-house tour operator arranged hikes very well. They provided helpful trekking advice. I appreciated it.

The spacious indoor pool has views. I also used the sauna. The spa services were very good, and my wife enjoyed them. The hotel also offers stable high-speed Wi-Fi in every corner.

a honeymoon haven with views i'll never forget!
amazing views friendly staff charming ranch honeymoon haven
We celebrated our honeymoon here! it was like one of the best places we've ever experienced. the views of the paine massif were amazing from our balcony, the dining hall, and even the pool. i loved seeing horses, cows, and dogs on the ranch. They added such charm. the staff was warm and helpful, especially stephanie, our server, she enhanced our dining.

The team delivered a complimentary dish and teapot when i felt unwell one night. It felt so kind. the staff quickly addressed any feedback we shared. It was great.

The spa featured a large pool and saunas, i felt relaxed after using these. i also spent time on the outdoor terrace. It was lovely with traditional music, though it ended quite early.

The hotel's location offered direct views. Torres del paine and the surrounding nature were lovely. horses and birds moved freely around the hotel, that was very romantic.

the superior rooms with a view were worth it! the room included a sitting area directly in front of a picture window, and the wow factor was high.
