The staff was attentive upon my arrival. They seemed helpful and kind. A nearby mall is very accessible. Grocery stores and restaurants are also close. The room stay was clean.
The gym had limited options. I noticed the treadmill was not in service.

sarika at reception offered excellent hospitality. she was always available and helpful. the housekeeping staff, particularly mr sandip, provided excellent service. i also appreciated the friendly assistance from imran regarding a late check-out request. the location is convenient, with easy access to various shops.
the gym equipment is somewhat limited (only a few machines).

glodiya and the team at the front desk provided really good, friendly service. they helped arrange a late check-out when needed. the hotel location is convenient to the metro and shopping areas. kameshwar, the room service attendant, provided kind and helpful service .
the gym is quite small, it limited my workout options.

Sarika at reception booked me again when my initial reservation was canceled. She offered her best service during those days and apologized for the trouble. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast suited the price. All staff members were smiling and caring.
The hotel could benefit from some minor updates to maintain a more modern ambiance.
