The front office team was great. nandar and pallavi greeted me with good hospitality. uzair provided good room service. He brought things i asked for fast. the location is close to the metro, it took me to different attractions.
hot water was not available all the time in my room. hot water was available only during morning. also some lights did not work. the refrigerator didn't work as well

The roof swimming pool was lovely. The steam bath and sauna were in great condition! Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The location is perfect with convenient access to both the metro and bus station around 300m. My room was cleaned regularly, and I thought the housekeeping was great.
The room was a bit noisy in the evening because of a sports play nearby.

The hotel is ideally situated near public transportation. This made traveling very simple. Many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. It's also close to key attractions, so sightseeing trips are quick and easy. Everything is very accessible!

The staff was very friendly. Pallavi upgraded my room. bloscha and nipun are always smiling and ready to answer all questions. the buffet breakfast was very good!
the wi-fi was terrible and slow. i could not work without using data on my phone. this.
