the staff was very friendly and helpful. i liked that they employed local staff members. this hotel supported local employment. the hotel was beautiful.
the bill i received had no service charge. the deposit i paid wasn't shown. i had to ask the waiter to fix the bill. the service wasn't worth a double gratuity.

I found the room included complimentary wine tasting. Turndown service offered water and a sweet treat. I made use of the in-room spa services. Breakfast and taxi bookings were easily arranged by the staff. The mini bar was well stocked with free items providing extra convenience .
The window table I requested remained empty all night.

The hotel enjoys a great location.
I was disappointed with several aspects. Our initial room was quite cold, and the WiFi signal proved unreliable. There was limited information available in the room about local attractions (no town map was present), , made planning our outings more difficult.

the calm vibe struck me as soon as i arrived. i had a bottle of estate wine as a welcome gift. the turndown service included bottled water and a sweet treat. the location provides the best views, i think.
the minibar did not have many healthy snack options.

The surroundings were tranquil. The cuisine was divine. i found the staff great. i appreciated the minibar treats and the afternoon cake and tea. the wine tasting added a lot of value.
the wi-fi connection was slow and unstable. this. i hope they improve it soon.
