Very nice hotel

I enjoyed the welcome cocktail and tour of facilities. The tour included the tennis courts, gym and spa. The room had floor to ceiling doors to a private deck with a swing chair and loungers. Breakfast included a large buffet and an à la carte menu (especially the eggs benedict!). After check out, the staff encouraged me to enjoy the hotel. I even rearranged my itinerary so i could spend more time. The staff were attentive. The hotel offers a free wine tasting in its Manor House near to the hotel.

The wine prices in the Miko restaurant were a little over the top. I do think that some adjustment would be nice.

The hotel operates a great shuttle service. This service runs guests in and out of town. Sive and Eugene showed really good overall service. They displayed friendliness and were the example of excellence.

Breakfast was excellent, offering both buffet and menu options. I dined at the Miko restaurant one evening. The food was good (the steak was cooked perfectly). The hotel offers free wine tasting near to the hotel.

plugged drainsticking toilet

the room rate felt excessive, especially considering some minor issues. the bathroom shower drain was plugged when i arrived, not ideal. also, the toilet flush mechanism seemed to stick sometimes, needing a few tries. i think a bit more attention to these details would better justify the price tag.
