Really good Stay!
city view helpful staff spacious room comfortable bed
I found the rooftop swimming pool quite lovely. The city view is amazing! Staff consistently greeted me with smiles. The room was spacious. The housekeepers refreshed it daily. The bed was huge. It was comfortable for a restful sleep.
I noticed the hotel exterior appears a bit aged.

The staff consistently went out of their way. I felt supported and welcomed. Even strange requests, like needing a paper bag for a gift, were handled with enthusiasm! The early check-in after my overnight travel was much appreciated.

The hotel sits down a quiet side alley. It is off a bustling main street. This street offers many massage and nail salons. convenience stores! Local life felt very accessible and convenient. I liked that.

The rooftop swimming pool area is wonderful! I arranged a late checkout. The hotel offered a reasonable price, which I appreciated. Pool towels are provided, a nice convenience when enjoying the rooftop amenities. They are always ready for use!

the super nice team and friendly! i loved the reception, pool, and dining room. the location is right in the middle of sathorn, so convenient. i found shopping, a local market, and upscale bars close by. it was a great experience!
the room i had needed some updates, like the window curtain hooks and bathroom grouting. the walls seemed very thin. i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms at times. check-in took about 10 minutes, a bit slow, apply, twice.

dim lighting gloomy bathroom
the staff were helpful and friendly which was appreciated after a long day.
the lighting in the room was dim i found it difficult to shave in the gloomy bathroom or the bedroom. the curtains also had to be closed for privacy during the day.

subpar sandwich inconsistent timing
the location was acceptable, a short ride from various destinations.
The room service left much to be desired. The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered barely resembled the picture and tasted subpar. also, the coffee from downstairs was undrinkable. the timing of housekeeping was also inconsistent, so I never knew when to expect them.

rooftop pool drink option food option great sized rooms
the rooftop pool was AMAZING. i liked that drink and food options were available. i could have it delivered to the room. the rooms were a great size and the bathroom was good.
view from my room was not possible, and there was no storage place in the room. i stayed six nights without any way to take clothing out of my luggage.
