friendly ownerbreakfast choicesquiet location
i loved the super friendly owner, so attentive to everything! breakfast offered many choices. it tasted awesome. the location was perfect for quiet, relaxing evenings away from town.
I found the price slightly higher when considering the room's amenities. I expected a touch more for what i paid.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and so varied with fresh ingredients. I especially liked the homemade jams. there were also options for cooked breakfasts, so i found something to suit every morning! it was such a great experience.

Really good Farmhouse Experience

I received a warm welcome from the host upon arrival. The location provides a good distance to coastal paths. I enjoyed the breakfast food and drink options.
Not value for money. Way overpriced given the standard of accommodation. We stayed at Sancreed house the night before which has the same rating. Compared to Sancreed House the rating for this hotel should be no more than a 5 especially given the price. There was no notice that this was a room shared with the family of the host.

i found the location close to the southwest coast path. it is also a short drive to seafood restaurants. the staff gave a warm welcome and shared local knowledge.
the price felt slightly high for the overall standard.
