the location was very central so that was acceptable

the freezing temperature in the room was not good i followed instructions but nothing changed i spent the whole time wearing my jacket also i had a bad experience in the restaurant's bar i waited 20 minutes without service though others were served first

I found the staff to be genuinely kind and helpful. They swiftly managed every request with a smile. The building's decor is indeed stylish. It reflects the unique spirit of this locale. I found the comfy rooms to be an oasis, and it made unwinding after my travels quite simple.

The breakfast, while varied, had orange juice and coffee, items that require significant improvement. The juice tasted artificial. The coffee lacked richness. It detracted from an otherwise good morning meal. I hope they will fix this soon.

The room was lovely and spacious. It was also very clean. I had everything i needed. There were even two bottles of complimentary water in the fridge.

The room WASN'T cleaned . Breakfast was busy, and i had to order a cooked breakfast. It took too long to arrive.
