restaurant inconsistency ignored requests

I was initially charmed by the architecture, but the upkeep was clearly lacking. i was especially disappointed by the restaurant service. It lacked consistency. some days the food was decent, other times it was nearly inedible. I also felt that my requests were ignored by the staff and no action was taken.

a beautiful honeymoon escape

my wife and i celebrated our honeymoon here and it felt magical. the staff offered service above expectations to create the best experience for us. megan upgraded us to a seafront villa it was fine the kitchen manager made sure every meal was delicious. a romantic dinner by the pool for my wife and i was one of the highlights.

the walk to the boat was relatively long through some treacherous coral. there was also a lack of explanation about the sandbank tour activity. having some explanation would have made us leave some items behind.

the villa included a king bed it also had a large balcony with ocean views. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.

the hotel offered direct access to a white sandy beach where guests can relax. nearby, there is a complimentary boat ride available daily for bonvoy guests. starfish farm is easily accessible by boat for viewing.

staff were cute and made an effort to attend to our needs. the kitchen staff ensured meals met expectations chef prepared requested dishes. staff provided daily cleaning service maintaining a high standard.
