friendly staff beautiful rooftop
the staff was friendly. the rooftop space was beautiful. it has great coffee. they helped with organizing the walking tour and our beach day.
the safe was broken. the bathroom door lock jammed. the water supply cut off one day but only in our suite.

romantic stay near the Stone Town sights
excellent location warm welcome rooftop terrace authentic coffee
the location near the market is excellent with restaurants and sights nearby. staff members provided a warm welcome and ensured my needs were met. the rooftop terrace breakfast presented a good start each morning. i savored the authentic coffee with such a tender feeling.
The power points were a little difficult to reach within the room. I managed fine though.

The staff was friendly. They greeted me and made sure i had everything i needed. they were always quick to assist and seemed committed to.

The coffee shop offered a selection of coffee and snacks. I found it great. the building preserved its original architecture with respect to its character. the rooftop offers views over the roofs.

This location puts you in the middle of stone town. I had proximity to attractions. the hotel's position allowed easy access to local restaurants and shops. Everything felt convenient.

I loved that breakfast on the rooftop offers a way to start the day. Gazing over the roofs of fascinating stone town was amazing. the coffee was delicious too. I felt very welcome.

inconvenient access uncomfortable beds
the hotel was in a hard-to-reach area. i got very little help with parking or getting my luggage to the hotel. the beds were not very comfortable. this was disappointing. i did not get much rest.
