hotel was modern and clean. staff were kind and accommodating, i liked that. the spacious bathroom and comfortable beds worked well for me.
the restaurant did have understaffing during afternoon hours, it did affect service speed.

station is a ten minute walk away, but there is only one line going to the city center. highway access proved easy. the area felt quiet, though it is a little far from the city center.

parking is available but you have to pay. rooms are modern and spacious. i saw it was also pet friendly, so that is a plus for travelers. the hotel offers a lot of parking.

the staff were excellent and tried to ensure guests were well supported. the reception staff was very helpful at check in. i had no issues that required additional support from staff .

an okay stay at the hotel
direct busfriendly staffslow serviceincorrect billing
the staff were VERY friendly. good direct bus connections to the city center were close. there were also plenty of restaurants nearby. the air conditioning worked well and the sauna was a nice bonus.
the restaurant was understaffed in the afternoon. i ordered hummus and it took 45 minutes to bring out the small dish. i was told that my breakfast was included but when i checked out they said it was not. this was frustrating.

comfortable bedlarge selection
i stayed three nights and the bed in my comfort double room was very comfortable. the bathroom included a modern shower i enjoyed. breakfast offered a very large selection of food.
i did notice the room lacked a bit of closet space.
