The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the S-Bahn station. The room was clean and the bed provided a comfortable sleep. I appreciated the helpful staff and the luggage storage service offered.
The TV in my room seemed a bit cheap with poor sound quality and an unresponsive remote.

The hotel offered a clean room with modern design. i found the breakfast to be very good with many options available. i also appreciated the self-service shop. It was open all day and night. the staff was super helpful, especially with our earlier check-in request.
i noticed a very slight delay getting a drink at the bar one evening, i waited for 15 minutes.

The hotel's location proved convenient. Two metro stations are nearby. I appreciated the hotel's newness. The furniture felt modern and well-kept. Sound isolation was excellent. Even with trains passing nearby , the room remained quiet.
I noted the absence of certain room facilities. Specifically, there was no refrigerator.

the staff helped us with an earlier check-in, which i found acceptable.
The room was too warm. It didn't drop below 19c. the smell of weed happened overnight one night, maybe through the air con. a cleaner knocked on our door twice on the last morning and disturbed us, i assume to clean the room but they didn't speak english.
