effective air conditioning ample towels useful pool towels
i stayed in a gardens side double room. the air conditioning worked very effectively. the hotel provided ample towels at the pool (this was very useful).
the coffee pods in the room were sometimes not restocked (it was a minor issue).

Calm Oasis in a Vibrant City
fantastic bar high standard spa treatment
The pool area had a fantastic bar. All staff members were amazing. They always helped with a smile. The bedrooms were high standard. I also took advantage of the spa treatments, and the value for money was AMAZING!!!
The surrounding area had a dirty street. It felt a little dangerous to walk there at night. Motorbikes were everywhere, so I had to be very careful.

The Gardens Side Double Room had great décor. There were comfortable beds, clean linen and fresh towels. air conditioning. All helped me to maintain a comfortable temperature, whatever the weather.

nice gardens provided sunhats pillow scent attentive staff
I really loved the gardens. It reminded me of stepping into another world. the hotel provided sunhats, it was a nice touch. i also appreciated the option to choose a pillow scent, a nice addition. the staff was really attentive to our needs, especially regarding dietary requirements.
the hotel had some tiredness issues, the door was hard to close, and i could hear other guests slamming it.

the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, always willing to assist. they were responsive to my daughter's dairy intolerance requirements. the staff always offer drinks and canapés in the room upon arrival.

poor bar service average dinner
the bar service was not good the dinner quality was quite average i expected more fresh fruit at breakfast the staff attitude also felt rather indifferent the pool area was too crowded for a relaxing experience
