fantastic experience
friendly staff customer service spacious suite
fatima zahra and soukaina at reception were very friendly and professional. the staff is very customer focused. the suite was spacious, with a dining area and 1.5 baths. the carrefour supermarket in the mall was nice.. it was well-stocked.

the hotel features a well kept pool area with comfortable loungers and towel service readily available. the fitness center includes several treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. the onsite carrefour supermarket offered added convenience .

high deposit broken air conditioning
The deposit required upon arrival felt excessive. ALMOST €600 for two rooms seemed steep. They messed up the initial charge, overcharging me by €600. I eventually got it back but I was short on spending money during the trip. the air conditioning in one of the rooms didn't work. IT was a sauna.

superb location ample space
this hotel has a superb location near a shopping center and diverse restaurants. the rooms feature ample space. i found the staff friendly and helpful. i intend to stay here again when i return.
i noticed the deposit required upon arrival was significant. it temporarily impacted my spending budget. i hope this can be reviewed .

Acceptable Stay with Issues
unhelpful staff poor customer service
The location was quite convenient.
The reception staff were really unhelpful, it made me very upset. The system at the reception seemed to lack any sense of customer service. I was left to struggle in extreme heat with my three young children, I was all alone.
