incorrect listing noisy accommodation
the apartment included a washer drying stand. that was acceptable.
i booked a one bedroom apartment but received a one bedroom lodge. reservations stated the listing shows general availability for multiple bedroom options, and does not specify the exact unit type. the accommodation was noisy and warm.

great family stay
helpful staff great breakfast clean pool kids' session
i found the staff kind and helpful at reception. the breakfast had a great selection (especially the pastries!). i enjoyed the clean swimming pool. the kids loved the jump jersey session available once a day.
the gardeners started mowing the grass early on our check-out day, it woke us up.

the staff were very accommodating with leaving bags at reception. they also allowed us to use the facilities before our room was available at the start. this was helpful before our evening flight at the end.
