my room had everything i needed for a relaxing stay. the fresh milk in the mini bar was a NICE touch. stacey gave a warm welcome, and she was efficient at serving breakfast. the bed WAS comfortable.
i found THE superior room old and needing a complete gutting. housekeeping was poor. the indent of my head remained on the pillow after cleaning occurred. toiletries were not replaced regularly.

i adored the convenient upper car park for luggage drop-off! the staff were helpful! and polite! our room was spacious and beautifully furnished! the bed was comfortable! i had a wonderful time strolling in the quaint fishing village near the hotel, the rozel pub & dining restaurant is so close.
The phone in my room wasn't working. That was a slight inconvenience.

My room featured a roll top bath. I really enjoyed that. the breakfast offered a fabulous choice and was plentiful. the upper car park made dropping off luggage simple.

The staff proved very helpful (specifically with directions). i used the iron in my room. It worked well. i found fresh milk in the mini bar upon arrival. robes and plenty of towels were also available.
the bus route near the hotel was not very frequent.
