the front desk staff were very helpful upon arrival. the room included many seating options, meaning i did not have to sit on the bed all the time. the amenities included a fitness center, a pool, and a spa. the staff in l'orangerie were wonderful.

the loud noise from the a/c kept me awake. the a/c made a minor noise in the beginning. when the a/c fully ran, it became loud and woke me up throughout the night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful . I was able to check in early, not long after I arrived at the hotel. The room was spacious, and I found the breakfast to be delicious and priced well.

The A/C was noisy and it affected my sleep. The noise started minor at first, but as the A/C ran fully, it became very loud. I had trouble sleeping because of this continuous loud noise.
