Superb Stay in the City!
refurbished room amazing bed helpful staff
I had a recently refurbished room and it was really nice. the bed was amazing. It provided a restful sleep. the staff i encountered were courteous and very helpful (always smiling!).
the parking area was pretty full when i arrived, but i did find a spot eventually.

the room included a smart tv that had netflix and youtube available for use. usb ports were located next to the bed, a great convenience for charging devices. the bathroom provided dove shampoo and other toiletries.

the front desk staff were very friendly to requests. when i asked for an extra blanket, they promptly provided it. the staff helped unload and take my luggage directly to my room.

the hotel has a good parking option in its garage. washing machines and dryers are available on the bottom floor for guest use at a cost of $2 each. the location is quite central, offering easy access to transportation.

i appreciated the friendly staff at check-in. the room had big beds and a huge tv. i also found the exterior to be quite nice and cute.
there were a few minor things , like the hotel not having the heat turned on, but they provided space heaters to compensate.

the hotel has a restaurant downstairs in the lobby , which is separate from the hotel and offers excellent and friendly service. the homemade chicken soup was delicious and a great option for a quick , comforting meal.

friendly staff clean room great access walkable location
i travel often and this hotel stood out. the staff was really friendly and helpful at check-in. the room was clean and tidy when i returned. the location had access to transportation and was walkable.
the elevators were a bit slow and small, especially during busy times.

The hotel has a restaurant downstairs separate from the hotel, but it is very good. the service was excellent and friendly in the restaurant. They even had homemade chicken soup. the gym includes three treadmills.

the hotel is within walking distance of nearby sites and venues. many great eateries are nearby, offering various dining options, which i appreciated a lot. it is also only one block away from the hop on hop off bus.

the staff maintained a high level of cleanliness in the rooms. the responsive service addressed my needs quickly, assuring i had everything i needed. they were friendly, cute, clean, quiet, and secure, which i value in a hotel.
