Pleasant stay near the port
careful decorgreat staymissing kitchenmissing washing machine
The room decor had careful details for a great stay. I needed accommodation near the new port, so this was perfect. I sadly did not get a chance to use the pool and jacuzzi though.
It did not have a kitchen or washing machine. I also needed plates and glasses and there weren't any.

clean roomunstocked minibarlong delay
the room was clean. i expected this to be standard.
the minibar wasn't stocked. i had to call down to reception, and it took them over an hour to bring some drinks. that's really not acceptable at these prices. the delay was frustrating.

the jacuzzi on the terrace was amazing!!! it had lights. the pool area was also a nice addition, it was clean. the staff were friendly and cute too.
the tv remote was a bit complicated to use.

The room lacked adequate soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. the gym equipment was limited. There was only one treadmill and it was out of order. I consider this unacceptable.

the room was clean and well-designed, which i appreciated.
i was disappointed that the room lacked basic kitchen facilities. it was listed as an 'apartment,' i expected to find a small kitchenette. there were no plates, glasses, or utensils available, quite inconvenient. this oversight made it difficult to prepare even simple snacks or drinks in the room.

misleading descriptionsmall room
The room description was misleading. It said 'apartment' but lacked a kitchen, washing machine, dishes, and glasses. i received confirmation for extending my stay by one night, however it wasn't properly booked. the last night i was moved to a hotel in front of this one, and the new room was small. it wasn't good.

really good stay near the port

The location was ideal, providing easy access to transportation. the superior apartment included upscale room fittings, which impressed me. the staff was exceedingly friendly. Eleni gave helpful advice about island activities. i found a small cake in my room on my birthday. It was a sweet touch.
the variety of the food delivery service was wide, though one restaurant took longer than expected.

the pool area featured lovely views of the sea. the pool had an accessible design. there was a nespresso machine available, which allowed preparation of fresh coffee each morning, contributing to a good and convenient experience.

the hotel is across the street from the water taxi stop. it takes you to town quickly. a grocery store is also steps away. several good restaurants nearby serve greek food, and that was very convenient for trying local cuisine.
