Charming Stay!
amazing location friendly staff
This room had plenty of space for all of us! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I really appreciated the convenient parking available at the hotel. The location was amazing for shopping in town and at the nearby shopping village.
The mattress in our room was too soft for my liking. I found it difficult to get comfortable during the night.

friendly staff comfortable bed
I found the staff friendly. They were helpful in guiding me to local attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for resting after a long day. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a full English option that was hot and tasty.
The hotel definitely shows its age. It requires some refurbishment to really justify the price. i think this is something management should consider .

The hotel offered a beautiful garden, I visited at dusk. There was also a secure car park, which gave peace of mind. A bar was available, allowing guests to relax with a drink.

constant noise uncomfortable bed
The location worked. It was close to the town center.
my room faced the street, so street noise was constant, talk about thin walls. the decor felt dated, and the bed was not exactly comfy, the springs seemed pretty enthusiastic.

the room decor looked old it probably has never been updated the bath was blocked and there was just a shower curtain i felt very uncomfortable

friendly staff excellent location
The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the location excellent, close to both the town centre and the train stations. A restaurant and bar WERE on site, so it was handy. Toiletries were included.
The breakfast was very limited.

The staff was helpful and friendly. the location was convenient. It allowed easy access to the town center! the hotel had a lovely garden. i also found the free parking very useful.
the room decor seemed dated. it could use some updating to feel more modern and fresh.
