The staff welcomed us warmly. Our room had a fantastic river and bridge view. The hotel spa provided a very clean space. Ms. Veronica assisted us perfectly. I will remember her kindness.

the gym had updated equipment and plenty of space. the breakfast buffet offered diverse options, including fresh pastries and local dishes. the front desk staff was efficient and helpful, especially with directions. i found the bell service very prompt and courteous.
the elevator wait times could be a bit long at peak hours.
