a very comfortable stay

i stayed for several nights and felt very welcome. linh, thung, and khanh from the bar were amazing. they were really caring. we always got our food and drinks served quickly. we even celebrated halloween there with street food and rice wine.
The checkout time was confirmed as 3 pm, but my key card stopped working after 12 pm. This required a trip to the front desk. also, the ac didn't seem to work at full power later that day. this made the final hours a bit uncomfortable.

the room was clean, i suppose.
the service was slow, it had me questioning its five-star rating. my 'premium beautiful room' felt more like standard and the air conditioning barely worked, it was like sitting in a sauna. the check-in process took ages, it was very inefficient.
