The room decorations were LOVELY to look at! Everything looked super fresh. IT was clean. The heating was easy to use and super. The location was quiet. The tv was on the wall.

The accommodation is perfect for getting into the town centre. IT is also ideal for joining the trans pennine way or canal. I could easily walk to local pubs and shops nearby, made exploring very convenient.

I made a couple of requests, and they were honoured with no qualms whatsoever. A GORGEOUS bunch of flowers for my wife was arranged at a very competitive price. The staff were also fantastic, friendly, and very reliable.

The shared kitchen was excellent, and I was able to make a good dinner. The sitting room looked beautiful, and the kitchen was well equipped. I found the room very super clean and cozy with everything I needed for My stay.

The location is fantastic and i could easily walk into the town center. the room was really clean and the shower was just AMAZING!!! i also appreciated the kitchen access. It had everything i needed. the communal lounge was beautiful and well-kept. I totally enjoyed it!!!
the hallway lighting was a tad dim. i noticed it mostly at night when returning to my room. but honestly, it's a minor detail!!!

The noise from the nearby road was just awful. I barely slept. my room faced southwest, so it heated up like an oven. no air conditioning or even a fan! it seemed like they didn't care about basic comfort, and that's frustrating after a long day of work.

The hotel had a good location and easy access. i found my room clean and quite comfortable. The shower was excellent. i didn't use the guest lounge extensively, only the kitchen to store milk, but it looked well appointed. the patio areas also was quite good.
the parking directly in front of the hotel was full, i had to use parking away from the dam.

the hotel is a short, easy walk to the center of the city. a walk around the dam area is nearby and compliments the location. it's a good way to spend some time and is quite relaxing.

i am so thrilled with my stay. the sitting room was beautiful, and the kitchen was well equipped, i really enjoyed it. it was a short two minute walk to the local pub and shop, so that was great. they gave my wife flowers, a gorgeous bunch at a competitive price.
i noticed working girls sitting on the stairs at reception with a young child. my door was very heavy, and i needed help to open it. i only got one paper cup but i needed two.

The location is easy to find. The room was very clean. I enjoyed the helpful and responsive staff. The stay was comfortable.
The hotel is near a busy road. My room was very close to the road so traffic disturbed me. I could not open the windows because of the noise. There was no air conditioning in the room.
