charmed by the excellent service.
excellent servicecomfortable beddecent hairdryercold room
the staff moved my room. there were no issues at all, which i really appreciated. the bed was lovely and comfortable! i also very much liked that a decent hairdryer was available for use.
the lack of heating instructions resulted in a cold room. a minor issue that could easily be resolved.

I found the facilities meticulously maintained. the bed in my room offered unparalleled comfort. jason at reception stood out, providing excellent local information (he was a true gem!). christine were really nice, helping me locate my car keys upon check-out. I really appreciate it.
i noticed some noise from the pub and lobby area that persisted later into the evening, it slightly detracted from the otherwise peaceful ambience of my stay.

I was disappointed in my room. It was near some loud equipment that ran constantly. A good cleaning would have been beneficial. I probably wouldn't want that room again.

i found the shower drain to be blocked. this meant the water didn't drain properly. it created a slight inconvenience .
