slightly disappointing experience
unprofessional staff dirty curtains
the location proved acceptable given its proximity to nearby facilities.
i found the staff to be quite unprofessional. the advertised parking turned out to be a separate lot, costing extra and located a seven-minute walk away. in addition to this inconvenience, the curtains in the room were visibly dirty.

clean room comfortable bed excellent location small window no tv signal room change
the room was very clean with daily cleaning services. the bed was comfortable. the location was spot on , it was only a few minutes walk from the train station.
the window couldn't even open far , so it was very hot. the tv didn't have any signal. i wasn't allowed to move rooms.

tv malfunction lift insufficiency
the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful (that's always a plus).
I had a twin room, and the tv did not work. reporting this to reception seemed pointless, especially given the lifts took forever to arrive. Two lifts seemed insufficient for the 14 floors. exploring the area around the hotel was not appealing, there was a strong smell of weed and many people asked for money.

The staff were very friendly. They were cute. My room was very clean. I found the bed comfortable. I slept well. The location offered easy access to local amenities.
The hotel only offered pizza in the evening, so I had to look for other dining options elsewhere as I was too tired to go out.

Excellent Stay!
helpful staff comfortable bed amazing breakfast
The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. My room included a comfortable bed. The shower pressure was perfect, I found that the temperature was very easy to adjust. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The lifts were somewhat slow during peak hours, it sometimes created a bit of a wait.

Acceptable short stay
friendly staff train station cleared table available parking
The location suited my needs. It was perfect for shopping and a short walk to the train station. The staff at the reception were excellent and very friendly (I found this particularly helpful).
The breakfast room required more attention. Food choices were plentiful, but tables were not cleared . I also found the lack of available parking quite inconvenient.
