the location was excellent for accessing public transport. the room was spacious and clean. the staff members were friendly and helpful.

the reservations team did not reply to my email queries. glass doors in the shower did not close fully. the wardrobe only had a small space for coats.

The room lacked some essential amenities. I expected a closet but found only a few hangers and no space to store my clothes properly. It. the bathroom exhaust fan operated randomly, a bit annoying.
