excellent location smiling staff working air conditioning
the location is excellent, near the underground station, so getting around was easy. the staff were always smiling and ready to help, i love that. my room had air conditioning and it worked perfectly.
The lifts were quite small. I sometimes had to wait a little longer than expected.

underwhelming experience
weak shower pressure lukewarm breakfast
the location was convenient enough for getting around.
The room was not particularly clean. i found some hairs in the bathroom and the shower pressure was very weak. the breakfast selection was also disappointing. The hot items were lukewarm at best.

friendly staff helpful staff easy check-in breakfast selection extensive breakfast dated furnishings poor lighting room condition
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. Check-in was easy, and i received cookies on arrival, a nice touch. The breakfast selection was extensive, and i liked the pancake maker.
The furnishings seemed dated, and i noticed some wear and tear. I also found the lighting in the room quite poor, especially in the evenings.

good location lovely rooms small room bathroom attention
the location was good. the rooms were lovely.
The room i received wasn't what i expected. It felt quite small and a bit cramped. the bathroom needed some serious attention, it was definitely not up to par for a hotel of this supposed standard.
