fantastic stay
friendly staffexcellent locationlarge selection
the staff at reception was always friendly and helpful. the location is excellent (i easily walked to many attractions). i particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a large selection of items.

the location was convenient enough for getting around.
The room was not particularly clean. i found some hairs in the bathroom and the shower pressure was very weak. the breakfast selection was also disappointing. The hot items were lukewarm at best.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. Check-in was easy, and i received cookies on arrival, a nice touch. The breakfast selection was extensive, and i liked the pancake maker.
The furnishings seemed dated, and i noticed some wear and tear. I also found the lighting in the room quite poor, especially in the evenings.

the location was good. the rooms were lovely.
The room i received wasn't what i expected. It felt quite small and a bit cramped. the bathroom needed some serious attention, it was definitely not up to par for a hotel of this supposed standard.
