Wonderful Hotel Experience!

The room was very clean. It included a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection of items each day. The staff were nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again because of the helpful staff and the clean room.
I had to wait longer for check-in. There was only one person working at the front desk, so I had to wait for a while. I hope that there will be more employee to serve the hotel guest.

Breakfast offered a diverse range of high-quality options. Fresh food and drinks were available in abundance. I appreciated the attentive service of the breakfast staff, it made my morning a treat.

The gym featured various cardio and weightlifting machines. Dumbbells and free weights were available for use. The pool and sauna area was excellent. Both were clean and well-kept .

superb hotel experience!

the gym was open 24/7, which i appreciate. it had adequate equipment and it was in good condition. the pool was pleasant and had a small outdoor area with some loungers. staff were helpful and friendly too.
The receptionist seemed to not know what was happening in the city. she said she had no clue, even though there was a conference in the hotel. this lack of knowledge and interest in offering any kind of help was frustrating. the room showed wear. Wallpapers were coming off the walls.

peeling wallpaperslamming doors
the room i got was just not up to par, seriously. the wallpaper was peeling right off the walls, i mean, come on! and the bathroom doors? they slammed shut so hard it sounded like an explosion. honestly, i expected a bit more attention to detail and some basic repairs.
