The shuttle service worked great! It was easy and quick. The room was nice, with everything needed for a short stay. The location was very handy to the airport.
The staff were not overly friendly. That was disappointing. I found no tea or coffee facilities in the room. That was not great. The beds were terrible. A real problem for a good night's sleep.

the check-out process felt disorganized. i tried to pay for parking, but i was sent between desks. staff seemed unsure if i had already paid. (i hadn't, by the way). also, bar service was slow. i ordered dinner, and after an hour follow-up, the food arrived cold.
